- Cleaning of all rooms, floors, baseboards, and doors
- Kitchen: cabinets inside and out, appliances, fan, and filters
- Bathroom: sanitation, tiles, floor drain, and mirrors
- Wardrobes and storage interiors
- Window cleaning inside and out (unless otherwise agreed)
Normally not included
- Removal of furniture, rubbish, or left-behind belongings
- Sanitation of mould, pests, or construction dust
- Cleaning of spaces that are not emptied
Possible add-ons
- Balcony or terrace
- Storage and garage
- Blinds
- Extra oven cleaning

- The home must be emptied of furniture and personal belongings.
- Electricity, water, and lighting must be switched on.
